Batch Print Forms

Save time by combining forms and order forms into a single PDF file for viewing, printing, or saving.
Optionally password protect the resulting file.
Only filled order form pages are included by default. To include all order form pages, click on the 'Include Unfilled Pages' toggle button.
Send resulting password protected file as an attachment to standard email.

Options

  1. Menu Buttons
    1. Run: Print or Save Selected forms. Select forms to combine by checking on the left most checkbox columns of the form and order form rows.
    2. Include Unfilled Pages: Only filled order form pages are included by default. To include all order form pages, click on the 'Include Unfilled Pages' toggle button.
  2. Processing Window
    1. Password: Optional password required to open the resulting file - Make sure to keep the password safe. If the password is lost the file can't be opened - Password protect files sent as attachments to standard Email
    2. Open: View the resulting combined files in the browsers PDF viewer - Can be printed and downloaded from the PDF viewer
    3. Print: Print the resulting combined files to a printer
    4. Download: Download the resulting combined files to the local hard drive
