All existing fees not matching a code and modifier in the Excel file are not modified.
Excel File Structure Allowed
- Same Modifier: All items in the file pertain to a single modifier
- Single Column Mixed Modifiers: Single column in the file contains different modifiers for each row. Each row only has one allowable.
- Multiple Column Allowables: Multiple columns with allowables in each column. Each column contains an allowable for a specific Modifier. Each row has multiple allowables.
