Setting Up Default Email On Your Computer
Local Email Client (Outlook, Windows 10 Mail, etc.)
- Set the operating system Email default to the appropriate value such as Outlook (see image above)
Web Email (Outlook On The Web, Gmail, etc.)
- Set the operating system Email default to Chrome (see image above)
- In Chrome enter the URL: chrome://settings/handlers and make sure 'Sites can ask to handle protocols' is selected. See image below.
