Standard or High Resolution Printing Options
High Resolution Printing
Use high resolution printing if printed forms will be sent by FAX and resent by FAX from the recipients.
Users have an option to print forms or order forms in either High or Standard Resolution. The High Resolution printing will increase the time it takes to open the form and will prompt the Pop Ups and Redirects icon to direct the user to allow the High Resolution printing.
- Open the form or order form and click the Print button.
- Allow the form or order form to process (blue bar).
- Click "Open" to open the form, "Print" to print the form or "Download" to download the form.
- Message below opens on screen
- Click "OK" on message window.
- On the address bar, click on the Pop Ups and Redirects button (shown below).
- Message opens in small window, click on "Always allow pop ups and redirects from https://rx.artscoinc.com".
- Click "Done".
- Open the form or order form and click on the "Print" button". Process bar turns blue.
- Click "Open" to open the form, "Print" to print the form or "Download" to download the form.
Standard Resolution Printing
The user has the ability to choose the Standard Resolution Printing which is faster, but the forms and order forms may not be as clear.
- Click on "Options"
- Click on "General"
- Click on "Print Background as Image" button (shown below).
- Close "General" tab.
- Open the form or order form and click on the "Print" button". Process bar turns blue.
- Click "Open" to open the form, "Print" to print the form or "Download" to download the form.
To avoid having to uncheck "Print Background As Image" off when the application opens, start the application from a browser using "https://rx.artscoinc.com/RxWebV2/Default.aspx?printAsImage=false".
