Report To Print Purchase Order By PO Number

Updated by Steven Garand

The PO by Number report is used to place one specific order generated by the purchase order system.  If you want to place all orders at once, run the PO Batch Send report instead.
Either a bundled or un-bundled order can be shown. A bundled order will not show the RTS and Patient name, since the bundle may contain orders for different patients and RTS's. A bundled order will contain a PO Ref # for each line item, which can be used in the Purchase Orders For Open Orders window to identify the patient and RTS.
Enter the PO Number before clicking the Open/Refresh button.
After printing the report, click the 'Mark As Ordered' button on the top of the report to automatically set the ordered date on the purchase order shown on the report. The current date will be used as the ordered date.
After running the report to generate all PO's that are ready to order, a Mark All As Ordered button will show at the top of the report. Click this button to automatically set the send date to today's date for the PO's on the report. This will prevent the PO's from showing on the PO Batch Send report the next time the report is run. If you want to show the status of a PO back to not ordered, open the Purchase Orders For Open Orders window then clear the order date for the appropriate PO.
