Import Fee For Multiple Column Modifiers

Use if file has multiple columns for allowables. Each column containing a allowable for a specific Modifier. Each row will therefore have multiple allowables.

Actions
- Click Code drop down and enter Excel column name containing the code values.
- Click the NU Allow drop down and enter Excel column name containing the allowable values for the NU modifier.
- Click the RR Allow drop down and enter Excel column name containing the allowable values for the RR modifier.
- Click the green check button at the top of the dialog window.
