MFA required on each login

Symptom
Save MFA for 30 days is checked on when logging in and allow saving MFA is enabled for the user but the MFA code is requested on each login.
Fix
- Open RxAdmin (https://rx.artscoinc.com/RxAdminV2/)
- In the left window click on Security folder then Users
- Click the edit button (pencil icon) to the left of the user having the issue
- Check on MFA always and click on the Save button
- Again click the edit button (pencil icon)
- Check off MFA always and click on the Save button
