Fillable order forms, for most wheelchairs and related accessories, are provided and maintained by ARTSCO. Order Form Grid Builder is an easy way to create and maintain custom order forms in addition to the forms ARTSCO provides.
Use Order Form Grid Builder for specialty items, items manufactured or customized in house, or labor hours.
OPTIONS
- Vendor: All Order Forms must specify a Vendor.
- Order Form: A Vendor can have many Order Forms.
- Items: An Order Form can have many Items.
- Import Items: Items on a Order Form can be imported from a CSV file.
