TeamDME Setup

Updated by Steven Garand

Before Using The TeamDME Interface

  1. The name and the URL to the TeamDME API must be set in RxAdmin General (System) Options.
    1. Name: TeamDME!
    2. URL: https://api.teamdme.com:4443/teamapi/teamapi.dll/crud/
  2. A Custom Team Member Type type for both the Salesperson and Customer Service person must be created and loaded in RxAdmin as well. A matching Email must be entered for the Customer Service person in RxWeb and TeamDME. A matching Salesperson name (TeamDME Salesperson name must contain one space if first and last name used and 2 spaces if middle name is used) must be entered for the Salesperson in RxWeb and TeamDME.
The following parameters can be added to end of the URL to include the Item ID on line items in TeamDME for inventory control (default if no parameter is to not set the Item ID): ?SetItemId=Y
This is not recommended for security reasons, but the following parameters can be added to end of the URL to save the username and password (replace the USERNAME and PASSWORD with actual values): ?KEY=USERNAME&PASS=PASSWORD

How did we do?
